Colby MacDonald, Esq.
Raised in Byfield, Massachusetts, Colby received his undergraduate degree from Saint Michael’s college in Colchester, Vermont where he was a member of the varsity hockey team. Following his time at Saint Michael’s, Colby earned his JD from Boston University in 2019. Prior to joining the team at Pacy Law, Colby worked as a custom cabinetmaker. Colby developed a keen sense of discipline and attention to detail while building and installing cabinets to add value to his clients' homes.
Now, Colby loves building relationships with clients and helping to ensure that the home buying and selling process is as stress-free and easy as possible.
Eric P. Pacy, Esq.
Raised in Rowley, Massachusetts, Eric completed his undergraduate work at the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth, and earned his JD magna cum laude from New England Law | Boston, where he received honors including the Sandra Day O'Connor award and the Scribe's Award.
Eric founded Pacy Law after three years at a large, greater-Boston area conveyancing firm. He is an affiliate member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the North Shore Association of Realtors. He focuses his practice on representation of buyers, sellers, investors, and lenders in real estate transactions, including purchases, refinances, and sales.
Genevieve combines a lifetime of knowledge and experience in the title world with a passion for outstanding customer service. The daughter of a title examiner, Genevieve is among the most knowledgeable real estate paralegals in the industry. Genevieve loves guiding home buyers through the process, bringing some order to the otherwise chaotic process of moving to a new home.
