Assist with the resolution of title issues found during the buyer’s title examination

Prepare any required conveyancing documents, including deed, power of attorney, affidavits and certificates, as necessary.

Represent the seller’s interests at the closing table, review all closing documents, and negotiate any issues that arise at closing on behalf of the seller.
