Seller Representation

  • Review of contractual arrangements entered into with brokers

  • Prepare and negotiate the Offer to Purchase and/or Purchase and Sale Agreement

  • Assist with the resolution of title issues found during the buyer’s title examination

  • Prepare any required conveyancing documents, including deed, power of attorney, affidavits and certificates, as necessary.

  • Represent the seller’s interests at the closing table, review all closing documents, and negotiate any issues that arise at closing on behalf of the seller.
